Practice focuses primarily on Criminal, Family, and Immigration LawWe are looking for a unicorn individual who has the personality to match our teams as well as having the ambition to fight on behalf of our clients.
Requirements:
- Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida
- Graduated from an ABA accredited law school
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Responsibilities:
- Work Drafting, Preparing, & Formatting Motions, Pleadings, Discovery Demands and Responses.
- Legal Research and Writing.
- Communicating with Clients, Court Staff, Expert Witnesses, and Opposing Counsel.
- Reviewing discovery, Bank Statements, Expert Reports, Case Evidence.
- Appearing in Court to Argue Motions, Attend Status Conferences, Assist with Other Proceedings.
- Assisting with Trial Preparation, Depositions, and all other aspects of legal practice.
- Work closely with Senior Attorneys and Office Staff in preparing cases
Compensation:
- Starting annual salary of $60, 000 and up based on experience
- Quarterly Bonuses based on performance
