Practice focuses primarily on Criminal, Family, and Immigration Law

We are looking for a unicorn individual who has the personality to match our teams as well as having the ambition to fight on behalf of our clients.

Requirements:
  • Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida
  • Graduated from an ABA accredited law school
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

Responsibilities:
  • Work Drafting, Preparing, & Formatting Motions, Pleadings, Discovery Demands and Responses.
  • Legal Research and Writing.
  • Communicating with Clients, Court Staff, Expert Witnesses, and Opposing Counsel.
  • Reviewing discovery, Bank Statements, Expert Reports, Case Evidence.
  • Appearing in Court to Argue Motions, Attend Status Conferences, Assist with Other Proceedings.
  • Assisting with Trial Preparation, Depositions, and all other aspects of legal practice.
  • Work closely with Senior Attorneys and Office Staff in preparing cases

Compensation:
  • Starting annual salary of $60, 000 and up based on experience
  • Quarterly Bonuses based on performance
