Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal practice areas, although primarily in family law. The Associate Attorney will support the senior attorney in all aspects of law practice in and out of the courtroom. - Utah law license is required.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanih) is required.
Duties:
- Handle court hearings, mediations and client meetings.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Assist in managing client files and case documentation within the law office's case management system.
- Support negotiation processes by preparing relevant documentation and participating in settlement discussions under supervision.
- Collaborate with attorneys on trial preparation and courtroom proceedings as needed.
