Position Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Immigration Attorney with demonstrated experience handling EOIR cases and fluency in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be committed to client advocacy, possess excellent legal writing and communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is preferred, along with the ability to effectively manage their own schedule using digital calendar tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients regarding recommended strategies for the optimal resolution of their cases.
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout their immigration process.
  • Review applications and petitions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness before submitting to the corresponding government entity.
  • Prepare clients for Consular interviews.
  • Prepare and represent clients in USCIS as well as EOIR master and calendar hearings.
  • Review Freedom of Information Act responses to find solutions for clients.
  • Maintain and increase up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and policies through participation in webinars, staff meetings, self-education, and periodic training.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be registered with EOIR.
  • Active Bar License in the U.S.
  • Proven experience handling EOIR matters.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under deadlines.
  • Commitment to professional ethics and cultural sensitivity.

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in U.S. immigration law firms.
  • Immigration law knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate and provide guidance to legal assistants/paralegals.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, during standard business hours, with the requirement to work at least one Saturday per month (On Site).
