Key Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) and active licensure to practice law
- Proven experience in immigration law
- Strong commitment to advocating for immigrants and helping them navigate legal challenges
- Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Solid research, writing, and legal analysis skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations and prepare cases for trial
- Manage cases involving clients in ICE detention
- Review and file immigration applications, petitions, and waivers with USCIS, Immigration Court, and ICE
- Perform thorough legal research and draft documents such as briefs, appeals, and motions
