Description:
The best attorneys don't just know the law.

They know how to connect with people.

They know how to listen when a family is worried about the future. They know how to explain complicated things in a way that makes people feel comfortable and confident. They know how to walk someone through a difficult decision with patience, compassion, and understanding.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

We are a growing Elder Law and Estate Planning firm in South Florida looking for an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) attorney who is passionate about helping families, educating the community, and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the practice of law but also enjoys the people side of the profession.

Someone who loves sitting down with a client and creating a plan that gives them peace of mind.

Someone who enjoys speaking to a room full of families and helping them understand their options.

Someone who wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about one another and the clients we serve.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients in both English and Spanish and provide exceptional legal guidance, service, and support.
  • Develop and implement estate planning, asset protection, probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning strategies.
  • Draft and oversee the preparation of estate planning and elder law documents.
  • Manage client matters with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
  • Deliver a client experience that reflects the firm's commitment to compassion, communication, and excellence.
  • Present educational seminars, workshops, and webinars for clients, referral partners, and the community.
  • Help educate South Florida families through public speaking, community outreach, and educational events.
  • Participate in videos, social media content, television appearances, podcasts, and other media opportunities as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  • Serve as a trusted ambassador for the firm within both the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking communities.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture by demonstrating initiative, dependability, attentive communication, and service-mindedness.
  • Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions

Qualifications:
  • Florida bar license.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experienced in estate planning, asset protection, probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning.
  • Comfortable managing an active caseload and working independently.
  • Enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and educating others.
  • Confident speaking in front of groups and representing the firm in the community.
  • Positive, dependable, service-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Excited about helping grow the firm's presence and impact throughout South Florida.
  • This is a hybrid role. You should be comfortable working from our offices in Miami-Dade and Broward as needed, in addition to field and community-based responsibilities.
