We are seeking an environmental attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our Real Estate team in our Bay Area offices. Candidates should have broad transactional and regulatory practice in environmental law, with a focus on transactional due diligence, contract negotiation, and assessment of environmental regulatory compliance.Key responsibilities include conducting environmental due diligence, reviewing and negotiating transaction agreements, and support of our M&A, Real Estate, and Energy and Climate Solutions groups.
This part time opportunity is available in our Palo Alto or San Francisco office.
