Polsinelli is seeking a Mid-Level associate to join our Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group in our New York, Dallas, or Miami offices, with a strong preference for New York. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience representing debtors, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy, restructuring, and special situations matters. This includes experience with Chapter 11 proceedings, out of court restructurings, distressed M&A transactions, and creditor negotiations across a range of industries. Candidates should have exposure to distressed investing, private credit, and capital solutions, with experience in distressed asset sales and acquisitions preferred.

Compensation: Salary will range between $250,000 – $390,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
