Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its sophisticated national Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights & Restructuring practice in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience representing parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and/or creditors' rights litigation. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. The firm's group focuses on corporate restructurings, including debtor and creditor representations in Chapter 11 cases and Chapter 9 municipal insolvencies, as well as distressed asset acquisitions and restructurings both in and out-of-court.
