The ideal candidate will have one to three years of bankruptcy experience or have clerked for a bankruptcy judge. Excellent academic credentials, demonstrated writing skills, and admission (or pending admission) to The Florida Bar are required. The position also requires commercial litigation skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, on client matters in an environment where grit, drive, and client service are valued.
