Bankruptcy Law Firm looking for new associates to work out of our Raleigh NC office. The firm primarily files Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer debt cases. We are seeking skilled Bankruptcy attorneys to provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation to clients through their bankruptcy proceedings and advocate for their interests in court.Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on bankruptcy laws and rights to clients.
- Evaluate clients' financial situations and determine appropriate bankruptcy options.
- Review prepared petitions and documents.
- Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings and negotiate with opposing parties.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
