Job Description:Be at home at a reasonable hour! You don't have to sacrifice your personal life to be an attorney. Busy bankruptcy firm is looking for a attorney. This is a Monday- Friday position. We do not work weekends. It is great if you have a family. You should:
- Be reliable
- Possess a good attitude
- Great with technology
- The candidate will handle all aspects of ch. 7 and ch. 13 bankruptcies. This includes attending video and audio hearings, meeting with clients, preparing documents and motions.
One day per week you will travel to South Bend, Indiana.
You must be licensed in Indiana or on your way to being sworn in.
