Busy Bankruptcy firm is looking for an Associate Attorney. Be at home at a reasonable hour! You don't have to sacrifice your personal life to be an attorney. We are one of the largest female owned bankruptcy firms in Indiana. This is a Monday- Friday position. We do not work weekends. You should:- Be reliable
- Possess a good attitude
- Be good with technology
- You will have a traveling office to Muncie once per week.
You will be responsible for:
- Interviewing prospective clients
- Assuring cases are filed
- Filing and Drafting Petitions, Motions, and Applications
- Even if you don't have bankruptcy experience we can train you! Send your resume when replying.
Must have a Juris Doctorate. If you are licensed outside of Indiana, your resume can be considered.
