Description:
Keck Legal, LLC is a growing boutique commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and restructuring firm near I-85 and North Druid Hills in Atlanta. We represent small and mid-sized businesses, and we're looking for an attorney who wants to run real cases, work directly with clients, and help build something. This role is for someone who wants more autonomy, more control over their schedule, and a genuine path to partnership. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned litigator, and whether you want a full-time role or a more flexible arrangement, we're open to structuring the position around your goals and ours.
Bankruptcy experience, especially Chapter 11 or Subchapter V, is a big plus, but it isn't required. If you're a solid litigator who wants to learn restructuring work, we'll teach you. Our founder clerked for a bankruptcy judge and spent years in a major firm's bankruptcy group, so you'll be learning from someone who knows this area well.

- Litigators in any civil practice area who want to add bankruptcy and restructuring to their skill set
- Consumer bankruptcy attorneys ready to step up to business cases
- Trustee office, default servicing, or collections attorneys looking for more ownership
- Larger-firm associates who want to run their own matters
- Newer attorneys with strong drive who want to learn fast and take on real responsibility
- Attorneys returning to practice or looking for a flexible schedule
- Anyone else who likes the sound of this. If you're curious, reach out.
