The Charlotte office of Cadwalader is seeking an experienced associate to join its Corporate and Commercial Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience advising on secured commercial lending transactions or other complex finance matters, including syndicated and bilateral bank financings, asset-based lending, NAV financings, acquisition financings, or commodity finance. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and a demonstrated track record of success at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
