Thompson Coburn is seeking a career oriented Commercial Finance
Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its commercial finance
team in Chicago. This legal position will be primarily lender focused in
the representation of banks, funds and other financial institutions in a
variety of challenging transactions, including asset-based lending and
commercial loan transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of asset-based and commercial finance structures and
issues, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work
within a team environment. This role involves managing complex
transactions, resolving challenges, and providing tailored solutions to
clients in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must also have
exceptional academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing
skills and strong interpersonal skills. All candidates must currently be
licensed to practice law in Illinois. This position is open to
