We are seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join our dynamic legal team at A Law Firm with Five Offices in Kentucky and Indiana in our Indianapolis office location. The ideal candidate will have expertise in insurance defense and coverage work, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation in insurance defense cases.
- Analyze insurance policies to determine coverage and advise clients accordingly.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in insurance defense and coverage work preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
