Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for a Business and Commerical Associate to join one of our Metro NY offices.
Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. Qualified candidates are licensed to practice law in New York. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has experience in a professional liability defense practice, such as malpractice in the following industries: medical, legal, real estate, insurance and accounting/financial services.
The annualized salary range for this position is $90,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
