Duties:
The following are the duties of this position at the GS-15 . If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
- Provide advice and counsel to senior executives and supervisors on employment issues, personnel related matters, and Executive Branch administrative laws and policies.
- Research legal issues which are often complex and draft written letters, memoranda, and other legal documents on a variety of topics, which may include general law topics such as the Freedom of Information Act and fiscal law.
- Assist senior attorneys, the Chief of Staff, and the Director through research and writing related to all aspects of the administration and legal compliance of the agency.

- Public Trust - Background Investigation will be required.
