Overview:We are seeking an Attorney to join our law firm. Cherry, Edson & Kelly, LLP, provides expert defense for employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. Serving New York for over 40 years.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Minimum of 2 years experience in workers' compensation law
- The ability to negotiate effectively and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Full Benefits Package; Salary based upon experience.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
