- Able to settle cases for good value. We provide a bonus structure tied to the fees generated for the firm.
- Applicant-side experience with Workers Compensation Appeals Board
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases with case managers and legal assistants.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication skills
