McDonald Hopkins is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates attorney to join its evolving Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group. This position may be based in one of our offices or remotely. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in tax, estate planning and probate matters.Our Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group represents sophisticated clients and works collaboratively with other practice groups across our full-service firm. Candidates should have substantial experience in complex estate and gift tax for taxable estates, estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns when tax is owed. We are seeking entrepreneurial self-starters who are interested in joining and contributing to a progressive and collegial team environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to cultivate a meaningful role working alongside experienced attorneys while continuing to grow and develop a sophisticated estate planning practice. The successful candidate will be highly organized and possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Some portable business is preferred but not required.
