Vernon, and Sedro-Woolley in Skagit County, Washington. We also handle public defense for the Cities of Bellingham, Everson, Sumas, and Lynden in Whatcom County, Washington.

Duties:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings, trials, and interviews/depositions
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Draft legal documents, such as motions and settlement offers.
- Attend court hearings such as arraignments, pre-trial hearings, and trials.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Washington State where the position is located
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
