Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a Retail & Hospitality Associate to join one of our New Jersey offices.

The Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in New Jersey, writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in retail or hospitality.
