About Us:Payne PLLC is a boutique law firm who specializes in complex business transactions and corporate matters.
Boutique law firm solely focused on a private company mergers and acquisition practice and general corporate transactional practice. Our bread and butter is the acquisition of mid-sized private companies.
We are former big firm lawyers and our work is big-firm level corporate transaction/deal work (but we're a small boutique firm). Please do not apply unless you have a high ranking from a prestigious law school and at least two (2) years of corporate M&A experience at a big law firm. Applicants without legitimate law firm M&A experience can't be considered (but it does not necessarily have to be the last thing you've done - for example if you've been in house more recently). Opportunity to work remotely for the right candidate.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
