Our primary service is to provide telephone legal consultation services to our members.We provide the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the US as long as you are licensed in California. No court appearances, no depositions, no mediations, or client billing necessary. We are a non-traditional law firm providing an exceptional work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage intakes involving areas of law you have experience in. We provide consults in: estate planning, consumer finance, billing disputes, insurance, family, employment, landlord tenant, real estate, immigration, tax and multiple other areas of law.
- Provide expert legal consults, document review, demand letters, legal research and other various limited services.
- Collaborate with our legal team to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the law.

Requirements:
- Must be a licensed California attorney without disciplinary action.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a legal practice.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are a must.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Exemplary client service skills with prompt response levels at all times.
