Role Description:Part-time or full-time role, remote or hybrid. Your day-to-day tasks will include legal research, drafting motions and discovery, negotiating settlements, and case/client management. We work as a team to develop legal strategies, analyze cases, and advocate for our clients' best interests.
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of the CA Bar (please note if not barred in CA)
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong legal writing skills required
- Ability to provide accurate and effective legal advice
- Proficient in conducting thorough legal research
- Effective communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in handling mass tort litigation and class actions is a plus
Pay commensurate with experience.
