Desired Location
We are open to candidates who reside in any of the following states: WA, ID, CA, CO, MA, TX, HI, UT and AZ.
Qualifications:
- Required Education - JD
- Actively barred in Oregon
Bonus Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of collection laws in Oregon, as well as applicable federal statutes such as the FDCPA
- Actively barred in additional Suttell & Hammer states
Responsibilities:
- Work remotely from home office (Headquarters: Kirkland, WA)
- Reviewing and approving pleadings, motions, garnishments, etc.
- Court appearances on behalf of large banks (online and in-person as needed)
- No billable hour requirement
