Requirements:
- 4 full years as CA licensed attorney
- Civil Litigation experience
- Real estate law experience (transactional or litigation)
- Accounting experience is a bonus
- All aspects of real estate partition cases, including client communication; preparing pleadings and discovery; appearing in court; title research; review of sale, escrow and title documents; issues with various city and state departments and agencies;
