A California-Based, Woman and Minority Owned Boutique, Political Compliance Law Firm is a women/minority owned boutique political compliance law firm, which focuses exclusively on campaign finance regulations, administration of political action committees, lobby reporting requirements and government ethics challenges throughout the U.S. As a member of the team, a Political Law Attorney will work with our firm's innovative compliance team to counsel on political law issues and manage a large volume of lobby and campaign finance filings for our clients with federal, state, and local agencies. Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze political laws, rules, and regulations.
- Manage multi-jurisdictional lobby and campaign finance filings for various clients.
- Track legislation and developments impacting lobbying, political giving, and governmental ethics.
- Advise clients on campaign finance laws and serve as counsel for PACs and ballot measure committees.
- Provide counsel on government ethics laws and “pay-to-play” restrictions.
- Represent clients in political law enforcement matters.
