The Role:We are hiring an Ohio-licensed attorney to own and grow our personal injury and automobile accident work. This is a leadership position reporting to the managing partner. You will handle matters from intake through resolution, including claim strategy, documentation, negotiation, and litigation.

- MSH has a proven volume of inbound auto accident and personal injury inquiries across Ohio, which will be discussed in the interview process. You will not be guessing whether there is demand. You will be managing it well.
What you will do:
- Evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and medical documentation
- Set claim strategy early and drive next steps with urgency
- Communicate with clients in plain English and keep them informed
- Negotiate with professionalism
- Coordinate supporting documentation (medical records, wage loss, photos, reports)
- Prepare matters for litigation and litigate plus co-counsel support when necessary
- Build repeatable workflows

- You will be supported by our operational infrastructure, including Clio, Lexis, RingCentral, malpractice insurance and administrative/paralegal staff.
Qualifications:
Active Ohio law license; no disciplinary history
3+ years of experience strongly preferred in personal injury / auto accidents (or adjacent insurance-claim practice)
Demonstrated ability to manage files independently
