Here's What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Pre-Litigation

Representing people, not corporations. (No boardrooms full of suits here.)
Building demand packages and crushing settlements against billion-dollar insurance companies.
Leading your own team (case manager, admin, lien negotiator) and building your brand.

Litigation:

Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions that actually move cases.
Taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and getting real courtroom experience early.
Working alongside experienced trial attorneys who want to see you win.

Both

Filling in 6-minute billing increments to prove you're alive.

Who We're Looking for:

Active California bar license. Newly admitted? Perfect.
Law clerk, internship, or PI experience is a plus (or just pure hunger and grit).
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, not required.
Killer communication skills (talk to clients like a human, not a robot).
Organized, relentless, resourceful.
A fighter at heart, with enough hustle to fill an entire courtroom.
