DLA Piper is seeking an Attorney to join its growing Proposition 65 practice, part of its nationally recognized Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. This position is a non-partnership track and is open to any US office.

Pay Transparency
The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $150,000-$250,000 per year depending on the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).

Experience:
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm or a law firm with an equivalent practice
- Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, consumer product regulatory counseling, complex commercial litigation and/or consumer litigation (defense) is a plus
- California state court experience is a plus
- Previous federal clerkship is a plus
