We are a well-established law firm with over 30 years of service in the community, known for our integrity, professionalism, and trusted client relationships. We are seeking a motivated and versatile Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and be comfortable working across multiple practice areas.

This position is ideal for an attorney who values meaningful work, professional independence, and a work-life balance within a stable, long-standing firm.

This is not a remote position.

Practice areas include:

Family Law
Personal Injury
Civil Litigation
Real Estate Litigation
Foreclosures
Probate Litigation
Experience in all areas is not required; however, candidates should be open to handling a diverse caseload, with litigation as a core focus.

Responsibilities:

Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Conduct hearings and trials independently.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Appear in court and represent clients effectively.
Handle a variety of legal matters across the firm's practice areas.
Work independently while collaborating within a small firm environment.
Assume responsibility for assigned projects and tasks.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Florida
Strong litigation experience required
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Maintains strong professional ethics with a client-focused approach
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
