Join our fast-paced and growing litigation law firm in Manhattan! We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to take on significant responsibilities from day one, including client communications and court appearances.Our practice covers Housing Court, Supreme Court, Civil Court, and administrative proceedings. Transactional experience is a plus, as we are looking for someone who is eager to engage in both litigation and transactional work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attorney-client intake
- Transactional work, including the preparation of petitions, answers, and motions
- Litigation responsibilities, including court appearances, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trials
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
