Rafi Law Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the fastest growing law firm in the southwest and offers endless opportunity for growth.Responsibilities:
- Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency
- Evaluate potential new client case facts
- Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment
- Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement
- Perform management/leadership functions
Qualification:
- Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness
- Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism
