Advise clients on estate planning, family law, landlord-tenant issues, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury claims, environmental law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and immigration law.
Represent clients in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Manage litigation processes from filing to resolution by preparing case strategies, gathering evidence, and coordinating with witnesses and experts.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations through diligent research and interpretation of statutes.
Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office's legal administrative systems.
Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases requiring detailed legal drafting and strategic planning.

Experience:

Proven experience practicing law across multiple disciplines such as estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, or litigation.
Demonstrated proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw for comprehensive legal research.
