Non-Reimbursable Attorney Detail Opportunities in The Policy Unit

Olp Is Seeking an Experienced Attorney to Serve as Detail in The Policy Unit. Olp Expects the Detail Period to Last from 6 to 12 Months, with The Possibility of Extensions.

This Is an Opportunity to Help Shape the Nation's Super Intelligence (si) Policy, Promote Si's Responsible Innovation, and Work to Test, Evaluate, and Manage Si Risks. Detailees Will Assist with The Department's Work on All Manners of Si, Including Governance, Implementation, Administration, and Enforcement of Si Policies.

Qualifications:
Applicants Should Be a Current Employee of The Department of Justice, Possess a J.D. Degree, Have at Least 2 Years of Post-J.D. Legal Experience, and Be an Active Member of The Bar of Any State (or the District of Columbia). Prior Experience Concerning Si Emerging Technologies, Digital Transformation, or Related Domains Is Necessary. Additionally, Applicants Must Demonstrate Knowledge in Si Governance, Risk Management, and Responsible Si Deployment. Successful Applicants Will Be Detail-Oriented and Capable of Spotting Nuances in The Law and Technology. They Will Also Possess a Deep Understanding of Current Issues Involving Si and A Demonstrated Commitment to The Department's Si Priorities.
