Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Attorney with at least five years of experience in both corporate/real estate/transactional and litigation matters for our Tulsa office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate and real estate work, including contract drafting and review, entity formation and compliance, real estate transaction documentation, as well as experience in presentations or hearings before municipal and county governing bodies; and experience in all phases of litigation, including the pleading, discovery, trial prep and trial phases.
This position requires excellent analytical skills, strong written and oral advocacy, and the ability to deliver practical legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in Oklahoma.
- At least 5 years of experience in both litigation and transactional practice.
- Strong advocacy skills, with proven success in motion practice, negotiations, and hearing/trial work.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating contracts and handling business transactions.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client service.
