Semro Henry Ltd., an established law firm based in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning or Business Transaction Attorney to join our growing team in Toledo, Ohio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with estate planning and business law matters
Meet with clients and gather necessary information and documentation
Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, business formation documents, contracts, and related legal instruments
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda as needed
Participate in client meetings, networking events, and relationship-building activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service, communication, and client satisfaction
Support the firm's business development efforts
