Attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar or law school graduate pending admission to the Florida Bar
Oversee and manage probate administration processes from start to finish
Provide expert legal advice related to estate settlements, fiduciary duties, and the distribution of assets
Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients, executors, and beneficiaries
Draft and review essential probate documents including pleadings, inventories, and accountings
Assist in trust administration and related legal matters
Keep up-to-date with the latest probate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure clients receive the most accurate legal counsel
