If you have foreclosure or real estate litigation experience, and you're tired of being just another associate lost in the shuffle, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You'll Do:
- From pleadings to trial, with plenty of courtroom time.
- Litigate foreclosure, title, and other real estate disputes with confidence.
- Work directly with investor clients, businesses, and homeowners.
- Collaborate with a sharp, motivated team that values efficiency and creativity.
- Contribute to a growing practice where your voice matters.
What We're Looking For:
- Florida Bar admission (required).
- At least 1–3 years of hands-on litigation experience (foreclosure/real estate preferred).
- A sharp legal writer, persuasive advocate, and confident courtroom presence.
- Someone who can juggle deadlines, clients, and strategy without missing a beat.
- Entrepreneurial energy, you'll thrive here if you like moving fast and thinking outside the box.
