Description:
The Position:This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Rockland, ME.
Qualifications:
- One to three years' experience practicing law.
- Maine license to practice law in good standing or, alternatively, ability to become licensed in good standing to practice law in Maine, such as, upon motion for admission under Maine Bar Admission Rule 11A.
- Prior experience in and willingness to take on a general practice that meets needs of firm's clients and the Midcoast community, such as, by way of example, family law, criminal defense law, civil litigation, employment law, business law, municipal law, elder law, probate law, mediation and alternative dispute resolution, land use, and real estate law.
- Portable client base desirable but not an essential.
