Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented attorney to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role, located in Quakertown, PA, involves providing expert legal advice, conducting thorough research, preparing legal documentation, and representing clients in legal proceedings including litigation. The attorney we seek will be handling primarily estates, trusts, probate, elder law, long-term care asset protection planning, Orphans' Court litigation and some family matters. The attorney will work closely with clients to prepare well planned estate documents, negotiate favorable outcomes and ensure compliance with legal requirements, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in law, with interest in trust and estates, elder law, and family law.
Ability to provide comprehensive legal advice and perform thorough Research
Exceptional negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple cases
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar
Experience in a legal practice setting is preferred
