Prepare closing documents for residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the state of Texas.
Review title commitments, lender instructions, and contracts to ensure accurate document drafting and compliance with underwriting requirements.
Coordinate with escrow officers, underwriting counsel, and seller/buyer to address curative issues and ensure clear title prior to closing.
Draft deeds, affidavits of heirship, releases, powers of attorney, and resolutions as needed for insured and uninsured transactions.
Handle time sensitive requests with same-day turnaround times.
Contract drafting and contract review services.
