Who You Are:
  • You have demonstrated experience in corporate law, contract drafting/negotiation, mergers & acquisition, entity structuring, and employment law.
  • You are confident handling tax resolution, due diligence, and risk assessment for businesses.
  • You are comfortable in client interactions, explaining complex concepts clearly, and building strong relationships with executives and business owners.
  • You thrive in high-stakes, technically complex environments and learn quickly on your feet.
  • You are skilled in managing your time and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • You have strong organizational skills, allowing you to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Leading client consultations and serving as the primary point of contact.

  • Overseeing junior legal staff and ensuring quality, efficiency, and professional growth.

Project & Practice Management
  • Keeping complex matters on track, on budget, and aligned with client goals.
  • Anticipating issues, creating systems, and delivering consistent results.
  • Contributing to firm strategy by freeing leadership to focus on business growth.
