Overview:A Personal Injury Attorney is seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in legal drafting, research, litigation, negotiation, and legal administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft legal documents including contracts, briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters
- Manage and oversee legal projects from inception to completion
- Assist in preparing cases for trial
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
Qualifications:
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience in legal drafting, research, litigation, and negotiation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
