Overview:Provide legal advice to small businesses and real estate owners; draft complaints, briefs and motions; assist with real estate transactional work including preparing purchase agreements and formation of entities; negotiation and review of loan documents; participate in real estate closings; represent landlords and developers; court appearances and assisting with litigation.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
