About the Position: We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to be trained in all of our practice areas, including:
- Elder care law
- Estate planning
- Special needs planning
- Estate and trust administration
- Probate and trust litigation

Key Responsibilities:
Client Service and Legal Work:
- Meet with clients to understand needs, goals, and family dynamics
- Conduct legal research and develop thoughtful legal strategies
- Draft and finalize estate planning documents, pleadings, and related materials
- Manage probate and trust administration files with accuracy and empathy
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Maintain consistent, warm communication with clients throughout their matter
- Collaborate daily with attorneys, paralegals, and our elder care coordinator
- Community Engagement and Professional Development:
- Build relationships with financial advisors, social workers, care managers, and other allied professionals
- Represent the firm at community events, educational presentations, and professional associations
- Participate in CLEs, workshops, and ongoing training provided internally
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona (or awaiting admission)
- 1–3 years of experience in elder law, estate planning, probate, or related areas preferred—but not required
- Recent graduates with meaningful internships, clinics, or clerkships are encouraged to apply
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and client-relationship abilities
- Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented; enjoys helping families navigate complex issues
