Compensation & Position Summary

Full-Time, Hybrid Attorney Position (north Little Rock)
  • Full Flexibility to Wfh After Probation Period
  • 36-Hour Weeks
  • Monday-Thursday, 8-5, and Fridays, 8-12
  • Closed Federal Holidays (paid)

Salary & Bonuses
  • Salary Range Is $60,000-$90,000, Negotiable Commensurate with Experience
  • Bi-Monthly Pay Periods
  • Quarterly Bonuses Based on Revenue Generated

  • Events Are Planned for The Calendar Year (months' Notice for Personal Planning)
  • Most Events Are Scheduled for Weekends

Lion Legal Has a Robust and Adept “front Office,” Which Handles All Administrative Duties Such as Client On-Boarding, Marketing, Advertising, Human Resources, Accounts Payable/receivable. the Strong Contributions of Our Front Office Allow Our Attorneys and Paralegals (the “back Office”) to Focus on Practicing Law, Not Generating New Business or Collecting Invoices.

Lion Legal Prioritizes Community Commitment and Involvement. We Participate in A Variety of Community Festivals and Events in Central Arkansas, as Well as Hosting Four Free Legal Clinics Annually at The Nlr Laman Library. All Attorneys and Staff Are Required to Participate in Our Community Events Annually, Most of Which Are After Normal Business Hours And/or Weekends. Hiring Process, Compensation, and Benefits
To Maximize Success with Our Firm, All New Hires Complete a 90-Day On-The-Job, In-Office Training Program (the Probation Period) with The Goals of Teaching Our Processes, Our General Firm Philosophies and Values, And, for Additions New to The Legal Field, Training in General Legal Principles in Our Areas of Practice. This Time to Become Comfortable in Our Processes and Personalities, Is Intentionally Designed to Allow Us to Customize Responsibilities and Duties to The Strengths of Our Employees. We Find that Everyone Thrives when Our Responsibilities Match Our Best Strengths. We Provide Written Performance Metrics – Success Is Not a Moving Target for New or Seasoned Employees - and We Conduct Bi-Annual Reviews for All Attorneys and Staff.

Compensation Is W-4, Bi-Monthly on The 15 Th and 30 Th of Each Month, and Attorneys Receive Quarterly Bonuses. Starting Salary Is Negotiable Commensurate with Experience and Skills. After the First Full Year of Employment, Raises for All Employees Are Considered Yearly on A Calendar Basis, Based on Our Employer-Published Raise Metrics for All Positions in The Firm. All Salary Changes Are Effective January 1 for Consistency and Stability.

Lion Legal's Structure for Attorneys Licensed Less than Two Years Is a Combination Base Salary with Quarterly Bonuses, Based Directly on The Associate's Work Production. There Is No Limit to Quarterly Bonuses, Averaging $5,000 a Quarter ($20,000+ Annually). Our Base Salary Structure for Newly Licensed Attorneys Is $60,000 Through the First Full Year of Employment. Firm-Wide Raises Are Determined in December, Effective January of Each Year. $5000.00 Base Salary Raises Are Guaranteed Each January Following Your First Full Year of Employment as Long as Full-Time Billables Are Maintained, up To a Maximum Base Salary of $80,000, for Fifth Year+ Associates, Unless Partnership Is Attained.

Lion Legal Offers Optional Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance for Employees and Their Dependents (spouse and Children). After a Full Year's Employment, All Employees Are Eligible for Six Weeks of Paid Parental Leave; And, After Two Years' Employment Lion Legal Matches up To 3% of The Employee's Contributions to Our Firm Retirement Plan.

In Addition to A Competitive Base Salary, Benefits, & Unlimited Bonuses, Lion Legal Offers a Fabulous Work-Life Balance. to That End, We Are Closed on All Federal Holidays, Employ a 36-Hour Work Week, Closing at Noon on Fridays, and Allow Work from Home (or Elsewhere) Limited only By Client Meetings and Court Appearances.
