Job Summary:
A Law Firm in Melville, NY invites applications from highly skilled and motivated legal professionals. This role is tailored for both individuals with 0-3 years of experience as well as those with 3-7 years of experience who possess a passion for complex fraud litigation and a drive for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, EUOs, Depositions, and arbitrations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients
  • Experience with legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw
